Cultura Urbana Festival - Madrid

Cultura Urbana, Spain's annual celebration of the Five Elements of Hip-Hop will take place tomorrow, May 16, at the Telefonica Arena in Madrid.

And it is truly an international lineup, with more hip-hop artists from all over the world than from Spain, including British grime king Dizzee Rascal headlining and a set from Chicago's king of consciousness, Common. Also appearing are edgy French-by-way-of-Senegal rapper Sefyu and, in a surprising comeback, American rapper Xzibit, last seen in his home country as the host of MTV's "Pimp My Ride."

That's not to say Spanish rap won't be well represented. Zaragoza MC Rapsusklei will
bring his funk and reggae-infused beats to the Movistar Stage from 23:50 to 00:40.

And since this is a celebration of all the elements of hip-hop, there will be live graffiti demonstrations, the fourth annual Eastpak Breakdance Battle and an emcee battle at the Movistar stage.

Y es sinceramente una alineación internacional, con más artistas de música hip-hop de todo el mundo que de España, inclusive headlining inglés de rey de mugre Dizzee Rascal y un conjunto del rey de Chicago del conocimiento, Common. También parecer está MC Sefyu, de Senegal y luego Francia, en un retorno sorprendente, rapper norteamericano Xzibit, dura visto en su patria como el programa de MTV "Pimp My Ride."

Eso tiene para no decir golpecito que español no será representado bien. Zaragoza MC Rapsusklei traerá sus golpes de acobardamiento y infundió de reggae a Escenario Movistar de 23:50 a 00:40.

Y desde que esto es una celebración de todos los elementos de música hip-hop, habrá demostraciones vivas de grafiti, la cuarta Batalla anual de Eastpak Breakdance y una batalla de presentador en el Escenario Movistar.
